The indoor pool was closed upon arrival, despite being listed as open online, though you get hit with a 'resort fee' that's non-refundable. Not ideal with a room on the 9th floor. I found the room itself dusty with no toiletries available, and the lack of attentive housekeeping. Light shone through the rattling door, and the bathroom cleanliness could definitely use some improvement.
